The old ballpark in FL was terrible. IMO people didn't go because it was so far away from anything. and sucked.

The place was okay for football because they would only have to trek out for 8 games. The new stadium is downtown and will be much easier to get to for tourists and corporate suits. I think they'll do very well there.
