I've been advocating Willingham for some time and have changed my mind on Crisp.

Crisp could be a better player on the Giants than the A's as he seems to be affected by his attitude and he wants to play on the Giants. Also, he would be a speedy stolen base threat (49 SB in 2011) at the lead-off spot. Willingham would give the Giants another power hitter, mediocre defense in LF (he would not be good elsewhere in AT&T), and is younger than Beltran. Do not expect him to hit for average like Beltran. He will have his share of strikeouts, but I think his average will go up in the NL as he has been NL most of his career. I see him batting in the 5-hole on the Giants if Crisp is leadoff. I don't know much about Barmes, but he appears to be headed to the Pirates.
