Not that Sanchez is not up and down but this guy plays for a crappy team and there's no pressure on him. Plus he hits in a hitter-friendly park so the numbers will be somewhat inflated. This guy, was it the year before, absolutely sucked. Plus he only has one year on his contract I think.
Another mediocre move by Sabean. When's he going to pick up somebody who can actually be a HR hitter. And don't give me ya can't hit HRs at their park. How many did they hit when they were the 2002 team...even if you take away Bonds, it was quite a few. I'm sick of getting players who are lucky to hit 15 HRs in a year.
This is a huge gamble IMO
