Schierholtz is a good OF, but doesn't have the great arm of Beltran. Nate has improved, but he has to continue to hit better if he's going to be considered a mainstay in the OF. Beltran is getting old and will be costly. If the Giants can sign him to a 2 or 3-yr deal, then he would become the best OFer, but he's just another greedmeister looking out for himself. Instead of overpaying for Beltran with Zack Wheeler, it would have made more sense in the long run dealing for Michael Bourn, who can play both LF, CF, and lead off. The OF of Bourn, Belt, and eventually Brown could have been the Giants Killer B's. Why you continue to support Brian Sabean beats me? And I read somewhere the new owners will reward Sabean and Bochy with another new extension because of 2010 is horrible. We will continue to have a high payroll and mediocre results.
