I kind of pulled .280 out of my ass. Not sure why. I just figured he doesn't draw enough walks and he has to have a little higher average.
.270 would work for me. You're right, his speed is off the charts and his defense is stellar as well.
If he could hit .270 we'd have a legit leadoff guy in front of the Big 3 of Posey, Beltran, and Panda (not a bad trio, eh? Williams, Mitchell, Clark anyone?)
